High Mountain Badger is also called Manchurian badger. The badger hair comes from the badgers which live in the high land and mountain root in Northeast, northwest, southwest of China. The hair is stiffer than silvertip for its diameter is thicker than silvertip, but its softness is the same as super silvertip at the tip. The black ring is twice of the super silvertip badger, so it is also called double band by many people. The brushes made of Manchurian badger are firm at the base, yet incredibility soft at the tips.

6 Shave
7 Rinse the brush with clean water
8 Shake excess water from brush and place in a holder with the bristles pointing downwards

First clean off your badger shaving brush
1. Wash a new badger shaving brush well before using it.

• Be prepared for some hairs to come loose. When you get a new brush, it is quite natural for a few loose hairs to come away from the brush in the first few weeks–these are shorter hairs that did not quite reach the glue base and this should not be a cause for concern.

2.  Let it dry.
